May 2019 Live Well, Work Well Newsletter
Mental health is instrumental in our overall health and well-being at any age. It affects how we think, feel and act, and helps determine how we make healthy choices and cope with stress. 1 in 5 people will be affected by a mental illness in their lifetime, and because it’s such a crucial component of our overall well-being, it’s important to maintain or improve our mental health.
