People buy differences, not similarities. It’s why, at Northwestern Benefit, we’ve always tried to be “intentionally different.” Different in the way we treat our clients and vendor partners, different in the way we work with each other, and different in the results we achieve. These differences are best captured in our 25 Tenets.
Northwestern Benefit aims to be of service to our community, which is highlighted in our Great Days of Service campaign. We are so passionate about our initiative to give back that we also provide each of our teammates with a paid “Volunteer Day” to support their own special cause each year.

Our team members partner with non-profit organizations throughout the year in a variety of activities. Examples include volunteering to provide clothing and hygiene kits for foster children or to help beautify the community through landscaping and cleaning around group homes. We also prepare and serve holiday meals for the homeless to help address homelessness and food scarcity in our community. Finally, we assist in providing groceries and adequate clothing to those in need year-round. We thank our partners for their continued community support.
