25 Tenets

People buy differences, not similarities. It’s why, at Northwestern Benefit, we’ve always tried to be “intentionally different.” Different in the way we treat our clients and vendor partners, different in the way we work with each other, and different in the results we achieve. Community Service

Northwestern Benefit aims to be of service to our community, especially during our Great Days of Service campaign. “We have been blessed, and we have a responsibility as a good corporate citizen to give back to our community,” notes David Asbury, CEO.

Our team members partner with non-profit organizations throughout the year in a variety of activities. Examples include volunteering to provide clothing and hygiene kits for foster children or to help beautify the community through landscaping and cleaning around group homes. We also prepare and serve holiday meals for the homeless to help address homelessness and food scarcity in our community. Finally, we assist in providing groceries and adequate clothing to those in need. We also allow a community service paid day off for those that choose to support their own special cause.
