Benefit Services Specialist

Our Benefit Services Specialists (BSS) are the direct liaison and employee advocate for your associates. We believe that it is our job to provide first-line service to your associates by acting as their advocate between the insurance carriers and all provider services.

No call centers with rushed call queues, no representatives without last names, no complicated phone trees - only real people interested in providing high human touch in the delivery of consumer-driven education and exhaustive problem resolution to your staff.

Each group is assigned a specific BSS with a direct phone line; someone whom your employees call with each inquiry, and have the opportunity to build a trusted relationship.

Our BSS staff averages 7 years of industry experience. They come to us from a variety of backgrounds including insurance carriers, claims payment centers, doctors' practices and benefit service personnel from large corporations.

Due to our advanced technology and shared database throughout the organization, each BSS has all of your specific benefits information and member interaction activities at their fingertips, so there is no fumbling through paper documents and other plan reference materials while your employees wait.

Further, all phone and e-mail interactions with your employees are recorded in our database, allowing the BSS to commit to specific follow-up dates and timelines with your employees. Our software system can track member activity history, which allows us to provide you with regular summary reports on call trends and activity usage.
