Stephanie is Manager of Benefits Administration and is responsible for both the team delivering Benefits Administration services and the Marketing Communications and Graphic Design Specialists. She is a member of the Northwestern Benefit Leadership team. Stephanie has over fifteen years of experience managing Benefits Administration operations and call centers including designing, implementing and managing HR Service Centers with total benefits outsourcing solutions. Her experience includes complete responsibility for designing processes, determining the staffing model, hiring and training all employees, creating the service level agreements and then managing the call center and operations successfully. Stephanie has expertise in defining and documenting business and technical requirements, project planning and management, testing and working directly with developers and technical teams to ensure timely and quality product and service delivery to our clients. She trains our Benefits Administration Specialists to identify and mitigate risks proactively in order to ensure the delivery of outstanding service. When not at work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and her many animals, traveling, and cooking.
